Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm and Access Control Technician with proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and inspection of fire alarm systems, security, access control, cameras.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, program, service, and inspect fire alarm systems, access control
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including wiring, device programming, and control panel diagnostics
- Ensure systems are installed and maintained in accordance with NFPA 72, NEC, and local code requirements
- Conduct routine maintenance, testing, and inspection of fire alarm systems
- Document service and inspection reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate with clients, general contractors, and AHJs as needed
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in fire alarm installation, maintenance, or inspections
- Strong knowledge of NFPA 72 and fire alarm system compliance
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-facing communication
- NICET I, II, III, IV Fire Alarm
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with additional platforms (Simplex, Notifier, Siemens, etc.)
- Familiarity with low-voltage systems, security, or access control
- OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus
