Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of fire alarm systems, fire sprinkler systems, and other life safety products
- Document deficiencies and verify proper system operation
- Prepare inspection and deficiency reports for management
- Interface with service management to coordinate scheduling and workflow
- Communicate with customers to explain work performed and resolve concerns
- Maintain truck inventory of tools, parts, and equipment
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Ensure customer satisfaction and a positive service experience
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
What You Bring
- NICET certification (required)
- 1+ years of experience inspecting fire alarm or fire sprinkler systems
- Familiarity with NFPA 72 and NFPA 25 standards
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Proficiency with test equipment (multimeters, battery analyzers, decibel meters)
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and customer service mindset
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screening
- Comfortable working in physically demanding environments (ladders, crawl spaces, attics, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work flexible schedules with occasional travel
Nice to Have
- Experience with fire safety systems in commercial or industrial settings
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Previous experience in a service or inspection role
