Job Description
Contract Details:
- Type: 6-month contract-to-hire.
- Conversion Benefits: Upon full-time hire, technicians will receive a company vehicle, gas card, and EZ Pass.
Additional Information:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Optional weekend work available for overtime.
- Work Environment: Active construction sites including commercial buildings and multi-unit residential complexes.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in East Brunswick,NJ.
Responsibilities
We are hiring experienced Fire Alarm Technicians to support new construction projects, primarily focused on large condominium and apartment complexes. This role involves rough-in wiring, box mounting, and wire installation.
Note: Troubleshooting and programming are not part of this position.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Complete wiring for approximately 10 residential units per day.
- Use personal vehicle for commuting; travel time may be up to 1 hour.
Job Requirements
Key Qualifications:
- Installation Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience installing both conventional and addressable fire alarm systems.
- Commercial Wiring Expertise: Demonstrated ability to perform wiring tasks in commercial environments.
- Wiring Knowledge: Familiarity with wire types including 18-2, 16-2, and 16-4.
- Tool Proficiency: Skilled in using drills, hammers, hand tools, and multi-meters.
- Physical Requirements: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks such as drilling, mounting electrical boxes, and running wire efficiently.
