- Respond promptly to incidents and assess the situation.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients and visitors.
- Document incidents and prepare reports as required.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to resolve issues.

- Previous experience in security preferred.
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations.
- Valid California Security Guard Card
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
