We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Sprinkler Operations Manager to lead and manage our fire sprinkler division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire protection systems, including design, installation, inspection, and maintenance. The Fire Sprinkler Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Operations Leadership:Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the fire sprinkler division.
Provide strategic direction and guidance to achieve operational goals.
Project Management:Oversee the planning, design, and installation of fire sprinkler systems for new and existing projects.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
Team Management:Recruit, train, and supervise a team of skilled technicians and project managers.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth.
Quality Assurance:Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with industry standards.
Client Communication:Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to assess client needs and provide accurate project estimates.
Regulatory Compliance:Stay informed about changes in fire codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and national fire safety regulations.
Budget Management:Develop and manage budgets for individual projects and the overall division.
Monitor and control costs to maximize profitability.
Emergency Response:Develop and implement emergency response plans for fire sprinkler systems.
Coordinate with emergency services and clients during system malfunctions or emergencies.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire sprinkler system design, installation, and operations.
Previous experience in a management or leadership role.
Technical Skills:In-depth knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, NFPA codes, and related regulations.
Proficiency in design software and project management tools.
Leadership Skills:Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
