Part-Time Occupational Safety & Health Professional (Bilingual - English/Spanish)

Lancaster Safety is currently looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and experienced Occupational Safety & Health Professional to join us part-time and represent our company in Charlotte, North Carolina. Fluent in English (Spanish speaking is a plus) and have a strong background in safety, this is your chance to help a variety of companies keep their employees safe and thrive in their safety culture.

Location & Travel:

  • Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, with travel across the state
  • Some overnight travel may be required depending on project location

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $60.00 per hour

Work Location: On the road

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver engaging OSHA compliance training to a variety of companies. (Subject matter based on your certification and expertise)
  • Inspect and assess client worksites, identifying hazards and recommending corrective actions to improve safety compliance
  • Consult with company owners¸ managers, and supervisors to discuss safety issues, strategies, and best practices.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent in English (Spanish-speaking is a plus)
  • Must have an active LLC (or other business entity) in good standing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in an occupational safety role
  • A passion for safety and the ability to engage with clients effectively
