Responsibilities

What Makes It Different

This isn’t a desk job. It’s a field-driven, high-energy sales role where you’ll:

  • Knock on doors and hunt for new opportunities.
  • Meet with owners and facility managers.
  • Inspect kitchens, rooftops, and equipment (training provided).
  • Show clients the real risks they face—and close the deal.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect, hunt, and close new B2B accounts across Bergen County.
  • Conduct on-site fire safety and kitchen exhaust inspections.
  • Educate clients on compliance laws, fire risks, and cleaning requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with restaurant owners, property managers, and inspectors.
  • Prepare proposals and service plans using our CRM (training provided).
  • Manage your pipeline, follow up with rigor, and consistently hit targets.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Hunter mentality — thrive on chasing deals, not waiting for leads.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (field/territory preferred).
  • Fearless with cold outreach and door-to-door prospecting.
  • High energy, resilient, coachable, and results-driven.
  • Strong communicator and negotiator.
  • Comfortable with physical site inspections (rooftops, ladders, lifting 40+ lbs).
  • CRM proficiency (ServiceMinder, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. a plus).
  • Fire safety, facility services, or restaurant background is a plus (not required).
