Responsibilities
Fire Alarm Electrician Technician
This position reports to the Fire Service Manager or their designated Agent. The Technician will be responsible for providing installation on a variety of fire alarm system devices in a professional and timely manner. The Technician will work with the Company to obtain local city listing agents. The Technician is also responsible for maintaining a clean, well-organized vehicle and ensuring a safe environment for his/herself, co-workers and customers.
Position is located in Vail, Colorado, travel is required.
Responsibilities
- Installation of fire alarm systems.
- Experience bending and installing conduit.
- Learn applicable fire protection codes and obtain applicable state licensing.
- Work in a safe manner as outlined by company safety procedures including the driving, personal protective equipment, and lockout/tag-out policies.
- Maintain their vehicle in accordance with company procedures and ensure it is clean and organized.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Fire Alarm installation experience required
- Denver Journeymen Fire Alarm License is required
- Electrician background is a plus.
- Excellent communications, and customer service skills.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements
- Travel required
Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. MVR checks are required for all driving positions.
