Responsibilities
You'll oversee all aspects of major fire protection projects, including:
- Planning & Execution: Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets; leading teams and managing resources.
- Oversight: Tracking progress, mitigating risks, managing changes, and ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.
- Communication: Providing regular updates to stakeholders and maintaining clear communication.
- Compliance: Ensuring all projects meet fire codes and industry standards (NFPA).
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- 7 years of project management experience in fire protection.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex fire protection projects.
- Strong knowledge of fire protection systems (sprinklers, alarms, special hazards).
- Expertise in fire codes and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
Bonus Points For:
- NICET Certification in a relevant fire protection discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License.
