Seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager who will be responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and local regulations while fostering a safe and sustainable workplace. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain EHS programs, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Deliver training on safety procedures, hazardous materials, and emergency response.
- Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics.
- Serve as primary contact for regulatory agencies.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety, or related field (required).
- 5+ years of EHS experience in waste management, logistics, or manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
- Professional certifications such as CSP, CHMM, or CIH preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
