As a Security Guard stationed at an Office Building Entrance , there is a high focus on customer service, Visible Deterance and De-escalation since you will be working with people in all shift in an Office Building and make sure they are safe.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities for Office Building Entrance Security Guard
- Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
- Access Control duties
- Deter any criminal activity
- Provide safe walk to employees
- Engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures
- Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches
- Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
- Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site.
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Complete Daily reports and Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
Job Requirements
Qualifications for Office Building Entrance Security Guard
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid Manitoba security license
- Tactical experience ( An asset for this site)
- Be able to work outside
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a stressful environment
- First aid certification an asset
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
