Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 DoE

We are looking for a highly skilled, RME-G, NICET Level III-certified technician to lead our Fire Sprinkler Services. This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing system design, installation, inspection, maintenance, and repairs for commercial and residential properties. You will help build the department from the ground up, working directly with management to shape a premier sprinkler service that upholds our reputation for quality and reliability

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of our fire sprinkler service division
  • Perform and supervise installation, testing, maintenance, and repairs of fire sprinkler systems
  • Ensure compliance with NFPA, state, and local codes
  • Conduct site assessments and create system layouts and material lists
  • Provide guidance and support to junior technicians and field staff
  • Maintain detailed reports and documentation for inspections and testing
  • Serve as the technical expert for sprinkler system design and implementation
  • Collaborate with contractors, AHJs, and clients to ensure project success

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • RME-G and NICET Level III Certification in Water-Based Systems is required
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in fire sprinkler system installation, inspection, and service
  • Strong knowledge of NFPA 13, 25, and other relevant codes
  • Texas RME-G license preferred or ability to obtain
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
  • Proficient with system design software, testing equipment, and inspection protocols
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
