Pay: $32 - $45 hourly based on skill + discretionary bonus

Job Description Overview:
Cornerstone Control Systems is a licensed electronic systems contractor, providing a “One Source Solution” in fire life safety, access control, video management, surveillance, communication, intrusion detection, fire suppression and other related low voltage systems with offices across the Southeast.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and execute installation of Access Control Systems, Fire Alarm, Audio/Visual, and more
· Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
· Serve as the on-site lead, coordinating daily activities and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget
· Conduct system testing
· Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards (NFPA, NEC, OSHA, etc.)
· Act as the primary technical liaison between the client, project managers, and the company
Job Requirements
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent (associates or technical degree preferred)
· 5+ years of experience in security systems installation
· Proven leadership or supervisory experience in field operations
· Strong knowledge of electronic security, fire alarm, and AV systems
· Working knowledge of low-voltage wiring and networking
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving history

· Ability to lead and motivate a team on job sites
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Ability to work independently and make decisions on the job
