Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily field operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage Field Supervisors (accountability, leadership, monitor hours, and assist with everyday issues).
- Assign daily schedule to the Field Supervisors. Allocate manpower duties to projects.
- Supervise and compile weekly cost code/tracking reports.
- Verify production (vs. estimate) to determine profitability and drive accountability!
- Review project status with Field Supervisors on an ongoing basis
- Training of Field Staff (reading plans, proper installation techniques, and fire pump tests).
- Quality control of Field production and ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Resolve field issues with staff, customers, scope changes, etc.
- Promote an optimistic attitude, pride in the Company, and workmanship quality.
- Communication with GC, mechanics, engineers, and office personnel.
- Manage day-to-day project issues.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an field operations management role or similar position.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are preferred to enhance communication.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
