Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance on a major construction project in Sunnyvale, CA.

Work EnvironmentThis role involves working on-site at a construction project in Sunnyvale, CA. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring adherence to safety protocols and standards. Appropriate safety attire must be worn at all times.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Mountain View, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage safety programs for the construction site.
  • Ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
  • Provide training and guidance to site personnel on safety procedures.
  • Investigate and report on accidents and incidents, implementing corrective actions.

Job Requirements

Essential Skills

  • Certified in Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST).
  • OSHA 500 certification.
  • Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations.
  • Proven experience in construction safety management.
