Responsibilities
What You ll Do as a Lead Technician?Direct and mentor field crews during installation, testing, and commissioning of fire alarm systemsOversee device terminations, panel connections, and system integrationEnsure compliance with NFPA 72 and applicable codesTroubleshoot issues and verify system performancePartner with Superintendents, Foremen, and Project Managers to keep projects on trackSupport the development of Helpers, Level I III Technicians, and Service Technicians
Job Requirements
What You Bring to the Team?Active Texas Fire Alarm License (FAL)Strong understanding of NFPA 72 and commercial fire alarm system requirementsExperience with device installation, panel programming, and system testingAbility to read and interpret plans, schematics, and technical documentationReliable transportation and a valid driver s licenseA leadership mindset and a commitment to delivering quality work
