Fire Alarm Installer – Commercial Installation Projects
TEKsystems Inc. is seeking a reliable and motivated Fire Alarm Helper to a support large commercial installation project in Smyrna, TN. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in electrical, mechanical, or low-voltage systems who are eager to grow within the fire protection industry.
Responsibilities

- Assist lead technicians with fire alarm system installations
- Route and terminate low-voltage cabling (Cat5, Cat6)
- Perform wire wrapping, crimping, and telecom-related tasks
- Follow direction from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Prior experience in fire alarm, electrical, mechanical, or low-voltage work preferred
- Must provide basic hand tools and steel-toe boots (all other tools and PPE provided)
