Responsibilities
Job Overview:
We are seeking multiple highly skilled and experienced Fire Safety Director's to join our team.
As the Safety Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and extensive knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
***MUST have an F89 Certificate for this role.
***OPEN SHIFTS: ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE - MUST BE FLEXIBLE!
Duties:
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and training sessions
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Safety Director or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- F89 Certificate
- At least 18 years of age
- Must be able to prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting
- Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
- As a condition of continued employment, employee must maintain current active status of all required License at all times, and must carry the license at all times while on duty
- Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Remain flexible to ever changing environments; adapt well to different situations
- Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standard; Neat and professional appearance required
- Ability to provide quality customer service
- Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
