Responsibilities
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all phases of fire alarm installation and service projects—from planning and coordination to execution and completion. This individual will lead a team of technicians, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all industry codes and company standards.
Job Requirements
Job Details
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in fire alarm systems, with at least 2 years in a project management role
- Direct experience preparing estimations and proposals for fire alarm installation and service projects, including material take-offs, labor forecasting, and pricing strategies.
- Strong working knowledge of NFPA 72, local fire codes, and relevant installation standards
- Proven experience managing and leading field technicians in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
