We are seeking an experienced Security Install Sales Representative who can develop, estimate, and close opportunities in new construction environments. This role will focus on bidding and securing projects involving security systems, CCTV, intrusion/burglar alarms, fiber-optic cabling, structured cabling (data), and other low-voltage systems.This role is critical for expanding our new‑construction business pipeline, increasing bid capacity, and capturing additional market share in security, fiber, and low‑voltage solutions.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage sales opportunities for new construction projects.
- Review drawings, specs, RFPs, and scopes of work.
- Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
- Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
- Perform site walks and create accurate estimates.
- Create detailed cost proposals.
- Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
- Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
- Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
- Track bids and follow up on proposals.
- Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
- Meet quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.

- Performs other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to travel.
