We are an award-winning Fire & Life Safety company and a trusted partner to our clients. We are seeking a relentless, self-motivated individual to join our team as a Fire & Life Safety Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and closing new maintenance and service agreements with Property Managers and Building Owners.
Compensation & Benefits
This is an uncapped opportunity with significant earning potential.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000+
- Base Salary: $60,000
- Commission: 15% of all sales

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Build Your Book of Business: Prospect for new business by cold-calling, emailing, and conducting on-site visits to building owners and property managers.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs, identify gaps in their current service, and become their preferred partner.
- Generate and Close Proposals: Develop comprehensive proposals for fire and life safety systems, leveraging your knowledge of local building and fire codes and collaborating with internal subject matter experts.
- Negotiate and Win: Proactively manage the sales cycle from initial contact to close, negotiating with customers to secure new agreements and hitting or exceeding your sales quota.
- Strategize for Long-Term Growth: Expand your influence and generate referrals by engaging in networking events. Maximize your earnings by selling multi-year agreements and earning residual commissions.

- You have a track record of sales success, specifically in a competitive bidding environment.
- You are fearless and persuasive, with a natural ability to communicate with clarity and conviction.
- You are highly competitive and self-motivated to set and achieve ambitious goals.
- You have extensive B2B sales and cold-calling experience, with a minimum of four years of success.
- Knowledge of the construction, electrical, or regulated environments is a plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but we will consider candidates with an Associate's degree and at least six years of successful B2B sales experience.
