Our client, a leader in the beverage production industry, is seeking a, Site Safety Manager, Production Center to join their team.
As the Manager, Site Safety, you will be part of the Production Center leadership team, supporting plant operations and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, effective communication, and collaborative problem-solving skills that align with the organization’s values.
Job Title: Manager, Site Safety – Production Center
Location: Elmsford, NY
Pay Range: $85,000 – $105,000

Responsibilities
What’s the Job?
- Partner with the Plant Manager to strengthen and drive a culture of “100% safe, 100% of the time.”
- Develop and implement safety policies, programs, and training across production, warehouse, and distribution operations.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and create systems, audits, and inspections to drive performance.
- Leverage data and assessments to identify risks, hazards, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with leadership and employees to develop multi-year safety strategies and measurable goals.
Job Requirements
What’s Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety or related field (Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Safety Management, Engineering, etc.).
- Minimum 3+ years of field safety experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, ANSI, FMCSA/DOT, CDC, DOH, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership, project management, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Willingness to travel (10–50% locally or nationally).
