Our client, a leader in large-scale construction projects, is seeking a Construction Safety Manager to join their team. As a Construction Safety Manager, you will be part of the onsite safety oversight supporting a high-value, mission-critical project. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety management, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Construction Safety Manager
Location: Cheyenne, WY
Pay Range: $76 to $83/hr plus Benefits
What's the Job?
- Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety standards on large-scale construction sites.
- Support the General Contractor in reducing safety incidents through proactive safety measures.
- Drive safety initiatives and address safety issues onsite to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
- Monitor safety incident rates and report on safety performance metrics.

Job Requirements
What's Needed?
- 10+ years of experience managing safety in large-scale construction projects.
- Certifications and degrees supporting safety management roles.
- Deep understanding of safety requirements and the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Proficiency in using quantitative measurements to address and reduce safety incidents.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively onsite with diverse teams.
