- Respond to service tickets across various locations throughout NYC.
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of fire alarm systems.
- Ensure compliance with local codes and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving technical issues.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate service records.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- S-98 Certification (required).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the fire industry, with at least 2 years as a service technician.
- Experience with Honeywell systems (required).
- NICET Level I or II (highly preferred).
- Familiarity with Notifier, Bosch, and Edwards systems (highly preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls daily and navigate public transportation is required.
