This individual will champion a culture of safety, compliance, and proactive risk management across all job sites while working closely with project and operations teams.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and continuously improve the company’s safety and health program.
  • Lead all site inspections, safety audits, and compliance reviews; issue reports and corrective action plans.
  • Develop and deliver companywide safety training programs, including OSHA 10/30, first aid, CPR, and project-specific sessions.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all safety-related matters, including OSHA inspections and insurance reviews.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks before and during construction.
  • Track and analyze safety performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ensure consistent documentation, incident reporting, and compliance across all projects.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction safety management.
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills.
  • Ability to influence safety culture across multiple projects and teams.
  • OSHA 30 certification (or equivalent) required; CHST or similar credentials preferred.
