Responsibilities

Meet financial, operational, and customer satisfaction goals established by District General Manager for Charlotte fire alarm inspection, service, and construction projects.

Effectively and efficiently manage day-to-day responsibilities of the Charlotte fire alarm department.

Hire, manage, coach, and mentor fire alarm field, sales, and administrative personnel in providing an exceptional level of customer service while meeting district revenue and profit goals.

Manage job cost and project scheduling while coordinating and processing change orders.

Foster, model, and enforce a safe and team-oriented work environment.

Manage fire alarm material and tool inventory.

Job Requirements

Possess, or have the ability to obtain within 30 days of employment, both North Carolina and South Carolina Fire Alarm licensure for the Charlotte District.

A minimum of 5 years in a fire alarm sales, supervisory, or management role with multi-state fire alarm experience preferred.

Experience driving business growth and efficiencies in the sales, estimating, execution, and management of fire alarm inspection, service, and construction projects.

Must possess strong P&L management, leadership skills, and the ability to successfully develop employees.

Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills, positive attitude, with an ability to learn quickly.

Ability to adhere to, implement, and follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Possess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements.

Service Trade and Inspect Point experience is preferred, but not required.

Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. MVR checks are required for all driving positions.
