As a Sr. Field Service Tech here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional service and support for our fire alarm systems, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers. You will play a critical role in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems, contributing to a safer environment for building occupants.

You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you’ll work out of our Cincinnati, Ohio location.

In this role, you will impact customer safety and satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and technical expertise, ensuring that fire alarm systems are fully operational and compliant with regulations.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair complex technical issues
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot fire alarm systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and tests of fire alarm systems to comply with safety regulations.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions

Job Requirements

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service or technical support roles related to fire alarm systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm systems and relevant safety standards.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and repairing electronic systems.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software related to fire alarm systems.
  • Familiarity with building codes and fire safety regulations.
