We are actively seeking a Lead Fire Alarm Technician to join our growing team. This position reports directly to the General Manager and is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in fire alarm and low voltage systems. The role includes field service work, programming, client interaction, and coordination with other trades.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Share on-call responsibilities
- Respond to scheduled and emergency service requests
- Troubleshoot, repair, and/or replace system equipment
- Program fire alarm and/or low voltage systems
- Research and resolve system issues using multiple resources
- Communicate clearly with contractors, building owners, and customers
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, software programs, and manuals
- Assist customers with questions in a professional and timely manner
- Update project status to management regularly
- Complete all required company documentation accurately and on time

Qualifications:
- 4+ Years of relevant experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must pass background and driving record checks
- Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Docs
- Excellent communication skills, customer-facing demeanor
- Reliable with regular, predictable attendance
- NICET and/or California State Fire Life Safety Certification (Required)
Physical Requirements:
- Comfortable working at heights (ladders, lifts up to 60 ft)
- Able to work in confined spaces (crawl spaces, ceilings, ducts)
- Capable of lifting and moving up to 75 lbs
