Responsibilities
Commercial Paint Project Manager OR Estimator Experience Required. Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Promote company services to General Contractors and property managers
- Bid commercial/light industrial painting projects for firestopping
- Provide leadership to project teams
- Be a hands-on and reliable leader
Job Requirements
Position Qualifications:
- 5+ years as a Commercial Paint Estimator OR Project Manager
- Experience with firestopping materials, i.e. paint, caulk etc.
- Ability to understand and present products and services
- On-Center, Planswift, or similar software proficiency
- Specific experience in commercial painting required
- Must have the ability to utilize technology to enhance client service
