Location: Brooklyn, Ohio| Department: Operations
We are seeking a Standard Products Division Manager to lead our Portable Fire Extinguisher and Pre-Engineered Systems divisions. This role oversees daily operations, manages service and installation teams, and drives growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. A strong focus is placed on team development through training, coaching, and mentorship.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Lead operations for extinguishers and pre-engineered systems (kitchen, industrial, vehicle).
- Supervise and mentor field technicians and managers.
- Develop training programs and promote career advancement.
- Oversee projects, service agreements, and division performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, AHJ requirements, and OSHA safety.
- Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to streamline operations and grow business
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in fire protection services (extinguishers/pre-engineered systems).
- 2+ years in leadership or operations management.
- Strong NFPA/code knowledge and project management skills.
- Proven success in developing people and driving process improvements.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- P&L experience and software proficiency (Inspect Point, Microsoft Office) preferred.
