Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assembling, installing, maintaining, and servicing fire protection systems in commercial buildings.
- Representing Encore positively and professionally when interacting with customers, both directly and indirectly.
- Collaborating with teammates while also having the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrating a strong work ethic and maintaining a professional appearance.
Job Requirements
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Whether you're a seasoned tradesperson or just starting out, we want to hear from you if you have a "can-do" attitude and take pride in delivering quality work. While experience is a plus, we value determination, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
- Comfort working at heights and the ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Connecticut.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check as a condition of employment.
- Interest in the construction industry; experience reading blueprints, using hand tools, or operating machinery is a bonus.
