Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Project Manager to oversee and manage fire sprinkler installation projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage fire sprinkler installation projects, ensuring they meet specifications and deadlines
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to develop project schedules and budgets
  • Conduct site assessments and inspections to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly to keep projects on track
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations related to fire protection systems

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • 3+ years Fire Sprinkler Project Manager experience
  • Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and installation practices
  • Experience with fire alarms, ERRCS, & DAS (preferred)
  • In-depth understanding of NFPA standards and regulations related to fire safety
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
