Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Fire Protection Inspection Sales professional to join our team in Denver, CO. This role is focused on driving sales and providing inspection services for fire protection systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Launch from home and tackle the greater Denver, CO sales market
- Report to the office for weekly divisional meetings, as needed
- Work for a very succeful service team that's grown YoY since 2018
- Work on a service department that retains an impressive and loyal customer base
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in fire protection inspection and services.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Manage relationships with existing clients to maintain and grow accounts.
- Perform inspections of fire protection systems, including fire sprinklers and alarms, to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and submit proposals and quotes to clients for services offered.
- Stay current with fire protection regulations and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients.
- Collaborate with service teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in trade shows and networking events to promote services and generate leads.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proven experience in sales within the fire protection industry, specifically with fire sprinklers and alarms.
- Strong understanding of fire protection regulations, including NFPA standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for tracking sales activities.
- Relevant certifications, such as NICET in fire protection or related fields, are a plus.
- Experience with commercial, residential, and industrial fire protection systems is preferred.
