Responsibilities
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Birmingham, AL. As a Fire Systems Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and testing of fire alarm systems. Day-to-day tasks include electrical wiring work, system troubleshooting, and ensuring all installations meet safety and compliance standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients to provide exceptional customer service and support, as well as train end-users on system operations.

Qualifications
- Electrical Wiring and Troubleshooting skills
- Experience in Customer Service and Training
- Project Management skills
- Background in Army or similar disciplined environment a plus
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Relevant certifications or a degree in a related field is beneficial
