Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee fire sprinkler system projects from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in fire protection or a related trade, with strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
This role requires managing multiple active jobs, coordinating with clients and general contractors, overseeing field crews, ensuring code compliance, and keeping projects on schedule and within budget.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of fire sprinkler system projects.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, general contractors, and internal teams.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to determine scope and schedule.
- Coordinate with designers, installers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address potential delays or issues.
- Track costs, prepare change orders, and maintain budgets.
- Schedule and manage field personnel to meet project timelines.
- Ensure all work complies with NFPA standards, local codes, and safety regulations.
- Conduct site visits, project meetings, and quality assurance checks.
- Prepare and submit project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and closeout materials.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience in the fire protection industry or related construction trades (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, NFPA codes, and construction practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with project management software is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
