Security Company looking for experienced Fire & Life Safety Directors for Hotel and Corporate High Rises. We pay very competitive rates in our industry. We pay weekly and ALWAYS pay on time. - High school or equivalent (Required)

- NYS Security License (Required)

Responsibilities
Fire & Life Safety Director Job Responsibilities:
Includes, but are not limited to:
- Monitoring fire control panels and making appropriate announcements;
- Testing fire control and alarm systems as required;
- Planning and executing fire drills and evacuations;
- Responding to emergencies by following appropriate emergency response proceedings;
- Reporting all incidents through the appropriate channels;
- Maintaining safety and security of building and persons on site;
- Assisting with Security Officer coverage, if necessary.
Job Requirements
Fire & Life Safety Director Basic Qualifications:
- Must possess NY Fire Safety Director Certification of Fitness (Z-89, T-89, or F-89) and ability to take on-site testing;
- Must be able to obtain a NYS Security Guard License;
- Must have some experience with fire panel operations, building evacuations, etc;
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Ability to communicate effectively during announcements, radio calls, and written incident reports;
- Must be punctual for work and maintain a reliable attendance record;
- Provide exemplary customer service.
