A2A Protective Services, Inc. is currently seeking experienced and professional security officers to serve in high-end retail boutiques and flagship designer stores throughout Manhattan’s Financial District. This position offers an opportunity to work in refined retail environments while ensuring safety, discretion, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a polished and courteous presence at store entrances and sales floors.
- Oversee access control and verify credentials for employees, vendors, and deliveries.
- Identify and deter potential theft or disruptive activity with professionalism.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming atmosphere for shoppers and staff.
- Complete detailed daily activity and incident reports.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Security Guard License (required).
- At least 3 years of professional security experience, ideally within luxury retail or boutique environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, approachable manner.
- Professional appearance and strong reliability.
- Ability to remain alert and on your feet for extended periods.
- Consistent punctuality and weekend availability.
