Star Pro Security Patrol Inc. uses an industry leading Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) System to ensure that you are receiving the best service possible. This system helps our security officers identify vehicles, subjects and activities that are unauthorized within serviced areas. The system utilizes real-time GPS tracking to monitor officer position and activities for safety and accountability.  All of our Security officers are required to submit reports for every shift they work. These reports are sent to you daily via your email. Various types of reports include Patrol, Incident, Maintenance, Warning, Parking, Arrest and F.I. reports. Reports can also be submitted directly to a requesting Law Enforcement agency to assist with investigations and documentation. Reports and data are saved permanently in secured servers and are printable. The reports are readily accessible for you at any time.
