Remnant Management, Inc is a family owned business and, though established in 2020, the Remnant team collectively has over 20 years of experience in property management and real estate in North and South Carolina. Our Experience

Remnant’s owners and staff have a comprehensive knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements to manage a myriad of housing types. This includes Affordable Housing funded programs such as: Rural Development 515, Project Based Section 8, HOME Funding Programs, LIHTC, Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD), HOPE VI, Public Housing, 221(d)(4) and 223(f) Financing, & Supportive Housing for Family and Senior Housing Developments. The team also has experience with Conventional, Multi-Family, and Luxury Development as well.
