As a people-centered, national engineering and design consulting company, we’ve intentionally localized our focus to serve carefully chosen regions and markets, allowing us to put relationships and communities first, without sacrificing expertise.

Our story is one that began organically and has evolved strategically through multiple firms coming together with a common goal of delivering high-performance building design and innovative infrastructure. Our more than 100 offices have a shared passion for creating positive outcomes for people, communities, and our planet. By recognizing the power of similar synergies and cultures, we have been able to build a national company with strong local connections and decades of experience. Because while IMEG was officially formed in 2015 with the union of several engineering firms*, our history is over 100 years in the making.

But what’s most important part of our story: it’s just beginning. We’re proud of what we’ve done and where we’ve been, but we’re most excited for what’s to come.
