The Service & Inspections Manager will oversee day-to-day service operations while driving new revenue through existing accounts and new business development. You’ll work closely with our operations and project teams to deliver best-in-class service while expanding Wolverine’s footprint throughout Southern Nevada.

Responsibilities

Job Duties/Responsibilities for Fire Sprinkler Service & Inspection Manager:

  • Manage and grow the service & inspections department, including scheduling, staffing, and performance
  • Drive sales through existing customer relationships and new account development
  • Maintain and expand a personal book of business (existing customers strongly preferred)
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, and service agreements
  • Build long-term relationships with building owners, property managers, general contractors, and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ)
  • Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, local codes, and company safety policies
  • Collaborate with field teams to ensure high-quality execution and customer satisfaction
  • Track revenue, margins, and departmental key performance indicator (KPI)

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements for Fire Sprinkler Service & Inspection Manager:

  • Experience in fire sprinkler service and inspections
  • Strong sales background with demonstrated revenue growth
  • Working knowledge of NFPA codes and local AHJ requirements
  • Strong communication, leadership, scheduling and organizational skills
  • Microsoft office proficiency
  • Clear driving record and ability to maintain it
  • High school diploma

Preferred Qualifications for Fire Sprinkler Service & Inspection Manager:

  • Established customer relationships in the Las Vegas market highly desired

Travel for Fire Sprinkler Service & Inspection Manager:

  • Travel within the Las Vegas metro area

Work Location Options for the Fire Sprinkler Service & Inspection Manager:

  • Las Vegas office 5 days a week
