Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all fire alarm operations including installation
  • Manage department performance, job costs, labor efficiency, and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with NFPA codes, local and state regulations, and AHJ requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and support fire alarm supervisors, technicians, and administrative staff.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Service teams to support estimating, scheduling, and project execution.
  • Review project progress and resolve technical, operational, or customer issues.
  • Support accurate scheduling, material coordination, and timely billing for fire alarm work.
  • Maintain documentation, reporting, and records related to fire alarm projects and inspections.
  • Promote and enforce safety standards and company policies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and department growth.

Job Requirements

We are seeking an experienced and driven Fire Alarm Install Manager to lead and oversee our Fire Alarm Department. This role is responsible for managing fire alarm installation while ensuring compliance with NFPA standards, AHJ requirements, and company policies. The Fire Alarm Manager plays a critical role in operational leadership, team development, customer satisfaction, and departmental performance
