About The Role
Topa Group is partnering with a well-established fire protection contractor that is actively expanding its inspection & service division. They’re seeking an experienced NICET Level III Fire Sprinkler Inspector to handle code-driven inspections, testing, and reporting across commercial and industrial facilities.This is a long-term, stable role (not project-to-project) with consistent inspection volume, strong internal support, and opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform NFPA 13, 25 fire sprinkler inspections, testing, and deficiencies
- Inspect wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge sprinkler systems
- Complete inspection reports using digital platforms
- Identify deficiencies and communicate findings clearly to customers and internal teams
- Coordinate with service and repair teams for follow-up work
- Maintain compliance with local AHJ requirements
- Travel locally to customer sites (no excessive overnight travel)
Job Requirements
What They’re Looking For
- NICET Level III – Fire Sprinkler Inspection (required)
- 5+ years of fire sprinkler inspection experience
- Strong working knowledge of NFPA codes & standards
- Experience inspecting commercial, industrial, and healthcare facilities
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong documentation and customer communication skills
Nice to Have
- State or local sprinkler licenses
- Backflow or fire pump inspection experience
- NICET Level IV (or working toward it)
