Compensation

  • $21.25 – $35.00 per hour (Dependent on experience)

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Install Systems: Safely install residential (CPVC/plastic) and commercial (steel) fire sprinkler systems.
  • Read Plans: Interpret blueprints, construction plans, and layouts accurately.
  • Build & Troubleshoot: Install, modify, and troubleshoot fire sprinkler piping networks according to NFPA 13, 13R, and 13D standards.
  • Own the Jobsite: Work independently while maintaining high productivity and clean craftsmanship.
  • Communicate: Represent Symons professionally when talking with builders, inspectors, and jobsite superintendents.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on fire sprinkler installation or construction trade experience with a proven ability to read blueprints  
  • Credentials:
  • Current OSHA 10 Card (or willingness to obtain one within the first 90 days of employment)
  • Able to obtain Blaze Master Installation Training Card (or willingness to obtain one within the first 90 days of employment).
  • Core Skills: Strong communication skills (must be able to read, write, and speak English for jobsite safety instructions), reliable attendance, and basic familiarity
