Fire Sprinkler Foreman
Job Description
We are a well-established fire sprinkler company seeking motivated individuals with experience in the fire protection industry that are looking for long-term stable employment. Multiple positions are available for foremen. As a growing company, there is continued room for advancement of all employees that have the desire to learn and improve themselves through hard work, training, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
Applicants for each position must meet the following criteria:
Foreman:
- Read blueprints.
- Have a working knowledge of some or all of the following documents: NFPA 13D, 13R and 13.
- Have a professional attitude and appearance.
- Supervise and instruct multiple individuals with lesser experience.
- Interface with customers and superintendents.
- Have a working knowledge of steel piping and/or CPVC (both are preferred, but not required).
- Must be able to lift 100 pounds.
- Prove a minimum of 5 or more years of full-time experience in the trade.
- Troubleshoot, problem-solve and, handle service calls.
- Clean driving record.

- Basic math skills are a necessity. The ability to calculate figures and amounts. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions delivered in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in unstandardized situations.
Physical Requirements:
This job requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, and arms to reach, climb and balance, stooping, kneel, crouching, talking and hearing; lift up to 100lbs; and have clear, color vision.
- Standing: Remains in standing position to perform various functions of the job.
- Climbing: ascending and descending ladders and the like.
- Crouching: Bending the body downward or forward by bending the leg and spine.
- Handling: Seizes, helps, or works with hands.
- Lifting: Raises or lowers tools and piping.
- Reaching: Extends hands and arms in any direction.
