An established fire protection company is looking to add an experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman to its team. This position offers the opportunity to lead installation projects, supervise field personnel, and play a key role in delivering quality fire protection systems for commercial and industrial customers.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on sprinkler installation experience, and a commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing crews, coordinating project activities, maintaining schedules, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and lead fire sprinkler fitters and apprentices on job sites
- Plan, layout, and oversee fire sprinkler system installations according to project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and hydraulic calculations
- Coordinate daily work activities, manpower, and material requirements
- Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, local fire codes, OSHA regulations, and company safety policies
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades
- Assist with system testing and final inspections
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of sprinkler installation experience
- Strong knowledge of NFPA 13 codes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Knowledge of sprinkler installation methods, materials, and tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
