Position SummaryProject Field Superintendent will have the authority to conduct and direct work to project completion. Field Superintendent will manage executing the installation, so schedules, budgets and client expectations are met. The Project Field Superintendent will perform installation on projects and service where needed to keep project schedules intact and maintain customer satisfaction. The project field superintendent is responsible for quality control of install, testing, and commissioning. Keeping project manager informed on all project specifics. Must believe in the processes and follow the processes. Responsible for the achievement of project objectives and fulfilling the expectations of all stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Management/responsibility of Field Installations, including direct labor, materials, and expenses.
- Represent Marmic Fire in field site meetings.
- Maintain the necessary equipment and material to effectively perform work with no lost time to fully understand, follow, and communicate contractual scope.
- Identify out of scope work.
- Communicate potential scope changes to pm/sales.
- Effectively deliver scope to technicians.
- Effectively deliver scope to subcontractors.
- Documentation and communication.
- Technical writing ability to effectively communicate to clients, managers and technicians.
- On time completion and storing of daily needs logs.
- Execute close out documentation in a timely manner.
- Maintain weekly updated redline drawings.
- Maintain team environment with positive communication to field technicians to insure our commitment to safety, integrity, commitment, growth, and professionalism.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings be familiar with installation techniques of electrical and mechanical portions of project.
- Have the ability to travel, potential for extended periods of time.

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of Construction experience (Fire Sprinkler)
- Fire Sprinkler State License.
- Basic understanding of financial principles relative to operations.
- Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time at a desk and working on a computer.
Preferred Qualifications
- NICET Certification
