Senior Fire Alarm Service & Inspection Technician (FAL Required)A growing fire protection company in the DFW area is hiring a Senior Fire Alarm Service & Inspection Technician focused on service, diagnostics, and system troubleshooting.We are looking for a seasoned, high-level technician who takes pride in their craft, can solve complex problems in the field, and operates with a high level of ownership and independence.This is a technical, hands-on role — not a management track position.
Compensation & Benefits
- $30–$40/hour based on experience
- $40+/hour for top-tier candidates

Responsibilities
Role Expectations
- Execute service calls, inspections, and repairs at a high level
- Accurately diagnose issues and provide solutions confidently
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal team
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Handle emergency service and overtime as needed
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Texas Fire Alarm License (FAL) – Required
- 5+ years of hands-on fire alarm experience
- Strong background in service, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Ability to program, diagnose, and repair multiple fire alarm systems
- Experience with systems such as Notifier, Silent Knight, Fire-Lite, EST, Bosch (or similar)
- Strong understanding of NFPA codes and compliance
- Proven ability to handle complex service calls independently
Plus Factors:
- NICET Fire Alarm certifications
- Experience with BDA / ERRCS systems
