- Set Schedule: Friday - Tuesday 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm This position may require long hours and weekend work.

Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
- Overseeing a team of officers, develop schedules, conduct performance reviews, and address employee concerns.
- Oversee daily security operations, including patrols, access control, and incident response. Monitor the surveillance system and respond to alarms. Conduct investigations and enforce policy and procedure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff. Address client concerns and implement solutions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans. Conduct regular drills and training exercises. Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services.
- Identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities. Implement measures to mitigate risk and enhance security.
- Oversee security officers, ensure training and development is up to date, manage incident response, and maintain a safe environment.
- Patrols and monitoring, access control, investigations, reporting, and documentation.
- Interdepartmental liaison, patient and visitor interaction, communication with staff and clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Your Qualifications:
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to pass an extensive screening process
- 2+ Years in security management.
- Must have experience with emergency response.
- Must have security management experience.
