You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the complex world of fire protection.
What We Offer
- Pay range for this role is On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000 – $150,000 annually (base + uncapped commission)

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and participation in industry events.
- Conduct on-site evaluations to assess client fire protection needs and design compliant fire sprinkler solutions.
- Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and professional presentations to decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and design to project close.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Partner closely with operations, engineering, and installation teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and customer satisfaction.
- Stay current on NFPA codes, local regulations, and advancements in sprinkler system technology.
- Maintain accurate activity records, opportunities, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Job Requirements
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required but are not necessarily all-inclusive.Education & Experience
- 3+ years of proven sales experience in fire sprinkler systems, fire protection, or related life safety industries (required).
- Strong knowledge of NFPA 13, NFPA 25, and related fire protection codes.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and hydraulic calculations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
